Hands Across the Sea Samplers "Sarah Fletcher 1841"- combination of different simple elements and symbols in early stitching projects. 

Sarah Fletcher was just 12 years old when she finished her sampler filled with peacocks, flowers, birds, baskets of carnations and fruits, dogs and rabbits. 

Simple geometric border surrounds her artwork.
