Appletons wool tapestry thread pack for design originally printed in "Glorious Needlepoint by Kaffee Fassett". 

You will also need: 10 mesh double thread or interlocked canvas (19 1/2" square)

36" felt backing fabric

Finished needlepoint piece measures 15 1/2" x 15 1/2". It could be finished as place mat, framed or as pillow.
